Book a Stand

The purpose built exhibition hall is the heart of elmi2024. 

All stands are now sold!

The Exhibition, Poster and Catering (except Event dinner with networking) will be located in Hall 2a, which is half of Hall 2 shown below:

Stand/Workshop and Additional Sponsorship Payment Plan

100% of the full order amount will be invoiced for payment within 30 days of the invoice date.

Standard shell scheme stand (6sqm)

Cost: €1650

What’s included:

  • A 2m x 3m (6sqm) white shell scheme stand which includes a fascia, ceiling grid, poles and panels, grey carpet, access to 500w power (1 x socket) and 1 x fluorescent tube light.  Please note that furniture is not included but can be ordered at an additional charge through the official stand contractor.  Additional power sockets can also be ordered at an additional charge through the electrical contractor.
  • Listing on the elmi2024 website and in the pdf programme booklet
  • One complimentary company registration (full Conference pass excluding Event dinner).  Further company registrations can be added to your booking at an extra cost.  Please see additional sponsorship opportunites for information.
  • The opportunity to attend the Conference dinner and networking event (extra charge applies).  Please see additional sponsorship opportunities.
  • Post-event GDPR approved contact list for those delegates who have agree to share their details with sponsors

Extended shell scheme stand (6sqm plus 1m x 3m extension which will enable you to create an on-stand workshop during the programmed workshop sessions)

Cost €3450

  • A 3m x 2m white shell scheme stand plus an additional 1m x 3m space for on-stand workshops (accommodates x 10 seats, furniture included with the stand booking).  Shell scheme includes a fascia, ceiling grid, poles and panels, grey carpet, access to 500w power (1 x socket) and 1 x fluorescent tube light.   Additional power sockets can also be ordered at an additional charge through the electrical contractor.

The layout below has been designed to ensure maximum footfall to all stands. If you are unable to access the floorplan below you can view a standalone version.

Please note that the floorplan will be updated on an ongoing basis as stands are booked, so it is essential that your preferences are chosen from those available at the time of submitting your request.  Once your stand preferences have been received you will receive an automated confirmation of receipt.  Stands will then be allocated on a strictly first-come/first-served basis and you will receive confirmation of your stand allocation by a member of the RMS Team.
