Insert in Virtual Delegate Bags Submission

Virtual Delegate Bag Inserts

This form is for companies who have sponsored an insert in the elmi2024 virtual delegate bag.

Attendees will be able to view and download promotional documents from a specified page on elmi2024 website. A targeted email will also be sent to all registered delegates and visitors inviting them to view the contents of the virtual delegate bag.

Your insert could be one of the following;

  • 1 x Promotional document - PDF format
  • 1 x Promotional Video - this must be a YouTube or Vimeo link
  • 1 x External url link to a page on your website

Please provide:

  • Jpeg (logo or a preferred image)
  • Promotional document (PDF format) OR Promotional Video (YouTube or Vimeo link)
  • External url link to a page on your website

Note: If submitting a promotional document, we suggest that you upload this to your website and provide the link to us. This way when the delegates are directed to the document they are also directed to your website.
