Apps For Breaking Procrastination

I’ve been caught in a constant loop of procrastination—make a plan, ignore it, feel guilty, repeat. I’ve tried habit trackers, but they never really worked for me. Has anyone found an app that helps address the emotional side of procrastination and not just task reminders?

Oh man, I’ve been in that loop for what feels like forever. It’s so frustrating when you know what needs to get done but emotionally just can’t bring yourself to start. Most apps I’ve tried only made me feel worse—just more reminders that I was failing. But I recently read the liven app review and it felt really different from anything I’d seen. The app seems to approach procrastination from a mindset and emotional regulation angle, which honestly makes way more sense to me. Instead of shaming you into productivity, it actually helps you understand your habits and gently shift them. That review really helped me see how tools like this can support deeper change. I’m going to give it a try—and if you’re feeling the same way, I’d definitely recommend checking it out too.
