Volunteers

In exchange for volunteering at elmi2024, you can gain access to the whole meeting for FREE. 

Applications are now closed.  If you have any questions or queries about volunteering please contact Kate Wooding.

In return for your time, besides a free pass to the meeting, you will also be given a “Here to Help” T-shirt. 

In order to be eligible to volunteer, you must be able to commit to the whole meeting.

Volunteering tasks may include (but are not limited to): 

  • Guiding guests to the right location 
  • Helping to unpack and tidy areas 
  • Counting attendees in and out of sessions 
  • Providing admin support 
  • Staffing the helpdesk or information points 
  • Liaising between different teams
  • But most importantly - being a friendly person to welcome guests to elmi2024. 

Please note:  Volunteers must make and pay for their own travel arrangements and/or accommodation.
